Bob was reluctantly dragged into working backstage for RLOS by his wife Clare in Anything Goes in 1994. He was soon bitten by the bug though, and went to stage manage numerous shows for RLOS starting with Crazy For You in 1998, and became chairman of the society in 2001. It has been a huge privilege for Bob being involved in such fantastic shows for such a talented society, and he is very grateful to RLOS for the opportunity to do what is clearly the most exciting job in theatre.
During the day Bob works for the National Physical Laboratory in Teddington, but the lure of the theatre is never very far from his thoughts!

Caroline joined RLOS in 2005 for their highly successful production of Guys n Dolls at The Churchill Theatre, Bromley. Since then she has gone on to be cast in principal roles in "Summer Holiday" and "The Boy Friend". She also took on the task of choreographing for the company, for the first time, for the RLOS 2008 production of "Crazy For You" to rave reviews. Caroline was delighted to choreograph again for "The Boy Friend" and is looking forward to choreographing Beauty and the Beast in 2011.
