Set in Hollywood in the final days of the silent film era, Singin’ In The Rain focuses on leading man, the romantic Don Lockwood, the leading lady he can barely stand, Lina Lamont; whose less than dulcet tones make her seem an unlikely star in talking pictures, Don’s sidekick Cosmo Brown and aspiring actress Kathy Selden. When Don and Lina’s studio turn their new film into a talking picture there are interesting implications for everyone involved.
Combining comedy and glamour with an impressive set, stunning choreography, a highly talented cast and such well known songs as Singin’ in the Rain, Good Morning and Make ‘Em Laugh, this truly is one of the greatest musicals of all time!
